Installation Guide
Conditions for Installation
01. Roof Guidelines
When installing 8-inch I-PANEL for a finishing roof, the sheets must not be exposed to direct sunlight before laying the roofing sheets, and the ceiling should be installed simultaneously with the roofing sheets.
02. Installation Rules
When installing I-PANEL for a finishing roof, since the gap between the roof and the ceiling is a maximum of two feet, it is necessary to use 8mm Double Side thermal insulation (Aluminium Foil).
03. Foil Requirements
For a shaped roof, a divided roof, or a flat ceiling with a slab, if the gap between the roof and the ceiling is more than 2 feet, it is not necessary to use thermal insulation (Aluminium Foil). If it is less, 8mm Double Side Foil must be used.
04. Framework Standards
When installing a flat ceiling, wooden or other materials with nails should not be used instead of GI C Channel for the framework.
05. Company Notice

Step-by-Step
Installation Instructions
01. Purlin Distance
Purlin should be fixed with a distance of 2 feet (center to center).
02. Laying Direction
When laying finishing ceiling sheets on purlins, they should be installed from the top ridge of the roof down to the lower edge.
03. Fixing Method
It is a must to use Jaguar Nails to fix sheets to the purlin.
04. Foil Application
Use foil sheets for the finishing roof at the same time as the installation of I-Panel sheets and roof canopy. Foil thickness is decided based on the roofing products used.
01. GI Channel Spacing
GI Channel should be fixed with a crossway distance of 2 feet (center to center).
02. Hanging with GI Support
The GI Channel fixed crossway should be hung at 4 feet distance intervals using supportive GI hangers.
03. Fixing I-Panel Sheets
I-Panel sheets should be fixed to GI Channel using pop rivets. Fixing should start from one edge to avoid alignment faults.
04. GI Channel Specification
Must use GI Channel with minimum thickness of 25mm × 35mm × 25mm at 0.4mm gauge or a GI Channel with more thickness.
05. Thermal Insulation
If the distance between roofing and ceiling is less than 2 feet, it is mandatory to use Aluminum foil for the roof.
